One of the intentions of Mormel family when arriving at Costa
Rica in 1972, was to innovate and to offer different options, satisfying
simultaneously the gastronomical necessities with the country. Since then
we have seen how their vision has turned them like one of the most recognized
families in the gastronomical environment, by the quality in their plates
and by their exclusive flavor and presentation.
This is why in each plate served at Jürgen´s
Restaurant we combine the knowledge acquired through
the years to satisfy the most demanding tastes.
This is the origin of the idea of bringing at your house our creams
and sauces that have been delighted by so many people, and that makes
easier the preparation of your dishes, adding to them an exquisite flavor.
We produce creams and sauces under the mark and the name that
you already know, distributed by Gourmet Imports DCR in supermarkets,
and in our store in Escazú.
All our creams and soups are totally prepared and must
be previously defrosted and warmed up before consuming.
